Nonya McNeil

Nonya McNeil, CIC, CPIA, currently serves as a Board Member for the Independent Insurance Agents of Virginia since April 2022. Previously, Nonya held the position of Senior District Sales Manager at Erie Insurance Group starting in August 2016, and worked as a Producer at Frank D. Spicer Insurance Agency from March 2015 to August 2016. Nonya's experience also includes roles as an Insurance Specialist and Financial Services Professional at State Farm, Agent at New York Life Insurance Company, and Recruiter at Farmers Insurance & Financial Services. Nonya began the career in the insurance industry after serving as the General Manager at Salon Khouri and a Recruiter at YRCI. Nonya earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia.
