Tim O.

Tim O.'s work experience includes various roles in the insurance industry. Tim started their career at Integon Insurance in 1992 as a Regional Supervisor, where they managed claims personnel and oversaw office operations. In 1997, they joined Erie Insurance Group as a Supervisor, and later worked as a Litigation Examiner and Project Manager. From 2014 to 2016, they served as the Curriculum Program Lead, then became the Claims Delivery Manager in 2016. In 2017, they took on the role of Director for Customer Service Division in North/East Zone Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Director of West Zone Operations at Erie Insurance Group.

Tim O. earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management/Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where they studied from 1986 to 1990.
