Todd Agnello

Todd Agnello, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Todd began their career in the United States Air Force as a Tactical Aircraft Maintenance Specialist, where they were responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting U-2 aircraft.

After their military service, Todd worked at The Pepsi Bottling Group, where they held multiple roles. Todd started as a Campus Recruit and Production Supervisor, overseeing the production process and maximizing efficiency. Todd then became a Construction Manager, managing the design and construction of warehouse facilities. Finally, Todd became an Operations Manager, implementing process improvements and achieving significant efficiency and waste reduction.

Following their time at The Pepsi Bottling Group, Todd joined PepsiCo as a Plant Director, leading a manufacturing and warehouse facility. Todd later became a Supply Chain Director, where they partnered with the Muller Quaker Dairy Plant Director in successfully starting up a state-of-the-art dairy facility.

After PepsiCo, Todd worked at the Boston Beer Company as the Director of Brewery Operations. In this role, they provided overall leadership and direction for brewery operations, focusing on safety, quality, service, and cost performance.

Currently, Todd is employed at Erie Insurance Group as the Vice President of Customer Service. Todd also previously served as the Director of Mail and Document Services, where they led a team and managed an operating plan.

Todd's work experience demonstrates their leadership skills, ability to drive results, and expertise in various operational areas. Todd holds an MBA degree, further enhancing their business acumen.

Todd Agnello, MBA, has a strong educational background with a focus on strategic leadership. Todd obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Strategic Leadership from Penn State University in 2022. In 2001, Todd also earned an Engineer's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the same institution. Additionally, they completed a web-based concise course in Brewing Technology from the World Brewing Academy in 2014. Todd holds a certification in Strategic Leadership from Penn State University and is also a Certified Cicerone Level 1 from the Cicerone Certification Program.
