Venera Starkova has extensive experience in human resources, with a career spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as an HR Manager at ERIELL Group since March 2011, Venera has previously held positions such as T&D Specialist and HR Consultant at Sibir Energy pls from April 2009 to March 2011. Venera began professional journey at Microsoft, working as an HR Coordinator from May 2006 to April 2009, and earlier as an HR Assistant/Administrator at SABMiller from June 2004 to May 2006.
