Parts Finisher (2nd Shift)

**About the Role:**We are seeking a Parts Finisher to join our 2nd shift team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine finishing operations in sanding, polishing, and deburring on various metal parts to ensure they meet Eriez's quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate hand-held power tools and machinery to grind, deburr, and finish metal parts as specified by drawings
• Inspect finished parts for quality and make necessary adjustments to meet specifications
• Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow
• Operate overhead cranes, clamping devices
• Assist with other tasks or projects as assigned by supervisor
