Eric Confer

Eric Confer has extensive work experience in various roles at Eriez, a company specializing in magnetic separation and industrial solutions. Eric began their career at Eriez as a Marketing Internship at the Metropolitan Night Club in 2004. In 2006, they joined Eriez as a Technical Sales representative, handling responsibilities such as sales, service, and providing solutions to customer needs. In 2013, they became a Product Manager, Magnetic Separation, where they managed the company's largest product line and handled tasks such as sales, staff training, and data analysis. In 2018, they were promoted to Market Manager - Light Industries, leading a team responsible for Eriez's business in various industries. Eric also served as the Director of Strategic Sales - Aftermarket, focusing on the development and growth of Eriez's flagship Aftermarket Team. Outside of Eriez, Eric Confer has been actively involved in various organizations, including the McDowell Manufacturing Academy as an Advisory Board Member, the Penn State University International Business Degree Program as a Board Member, the Erie Philharmonic as a Board of Governors member, and the Young Erie Professionals as the Chairman of the Professional Leadership and Development Committee. Eric has also served as the Vice President of the Orrie-M committee, which provides charitable contributions and family-oriented events, and was the President of The City Golf League.

Eric Confer received a Diploma in General studies from The Milton Hershey School in 1999. Eric then pursued a Bachelors of Science degree in both International Business and Marketing from Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus, graduating in 2005. In 2012, Eric went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Liverpool. Eric'sMBA specialized in Leadership and International Business concentrations.
