Connie Flynn

Connie Flynn is an experienced professional in community relations and human resources, currently serving as a Community Networking Specialist at Erigo Employer Solutions since May 2017. Prior to this role, Connie spent over two decades at Remke Markets Inc., culminating as the Director of Community Relations, where responsibilities included coordinating programs and events with nonprofits and local organizations. Connie also held the position of Director of Human Resources, managing workforce needs for up to 900 associates, and started as a Store Manager, where effective team development significantly reduced turnover rates. Early experience includes roles at Kroger as Assistant Store Manager and Produce Merchandiser. Connie Flynn earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from Morehead State University.
