Caroline Pedersen

Caroline Pedersen has extensive experience in human resources, leadership, and training, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources and the Head of Training, Compliance, and Quality Control at Erik Olsson Fastighetsförmedling since 2006, where responsibilities include expanding the Training Department. Previously, Caroline held the position of CEO at OPEN Company from 2005 to 2006, focusing on business development and leadership programs. Caroline founded Renaissance Competence Unlimited, serving as CEO and Head Coach from 2003 to 2005, and managed the e-learning program for IBS - International Business Systems from 2000 to 2003. Caroline's earlier experience includes a role as a Formalities Officer at the European Patent Office and founding European Linguistic Services as a Technical Translator and International Business Interpreter. Caroline's educational background includes multiple degrees in human resources, translation, and language studies from institutions in Sweden, Germany, Belgium, and France.
