Ben Heijlen

Ben Heijlen is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales, marketing, and operations management. Currently serving as the Internal Sales and Marketing Manager at ERIKS Belgium, responsibilities include overseeing a team of over 25 FTEs. Previously, Ben held the position of Operations Project Manager at Supergasbras Energia Ltda in Brazil, where major achievements included leading investment proposals exceeding €15M and implementing data-driven processes within the cylinder management department. Additionally, Ben participated in the SHV Leadership Programme while working at ERIKS NV Belgium as an Office Manager and has extensive experience in supply chain consultancy from tenure at bluecrux. Education includes a Master's Degree in Business Engineering - Production and Logistics from KU Leuven and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Engineering from the same institution.
