Jean-Cyril Marcel

Jean-Cyril MARCEL has a strong background in the industrial sector with a focus on polymer technology and rubber parts. Jean-Cyril started their career at ELECTRICFIL AUTOMOTIVE, where they held multiple roles including Material Manager, Project Manager for rubber parts, and Industrialization Technician for rubber parts. In these roles, they were responsible for choosing and validating polymers and technological clusters for internal and external projects, as well as managing projects related to rubber parts. Jean-Cyril then moved on to STOWE WOODWARD France, where they served as a Technical & Quality Manager, supporting production and product adaptation, benchmarking best practices across different sites, and conducting quality surveys. Following this, they worked as a Technical Manager at Maagtechnic, before joining ERIKS FRANCE. At ERIKS FRANCE, they initially served as the Business Unit Manager for Sealing&Rubber and is currently working as the Product Group Director for Polymer Technology.

Jean-Cyril MARCEL obtained a Certificat de spécialisation in technique caoutchouc from ESICA in 1988-1989. Prior to that, they completed a DUT GMP in Technique from IUT GMP Saint Martin d'hères in 1986-1988.
