Arthur van Galen

Arthur van Galen has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Project Manager BU Trade at ERIKS Nederland since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Team Lead at the same company since July 2018. Before joining ERIKS Nederland, Arthur worked at Intersafe Holding from May 2016 to May 2018 as a Customer Service medewerker regio NoordWest, where they handled customer inquiries, processed orders, and prepared quotes. Prior to that, they worked at Pieter van Foreest as a part-time/weekendkracht in the restauratieve voorzieningen from June 2007 to May 2016, where they had direct customer contact, handled orders, and worked efficiently to provide excellent service. Arthur also has experience as a Barista at Kafe Krave from January 2015 to October 2015, where they made high-quality coffees with latte art, supervised colleagues, and worked well under pressure. Arthur also worked as a Marketing medewerker and Marketing Stagiair at Middin from January 2013 to October 2013, where they conducted a naamsbekendheidsonderzoek and supported marketing activities. Additionally, Arthur worked as a Barman/bediening at De Brasserij Partycentrum Restaurant from September 2010 to February 2013, where they had frequent professional and hospitable interactions with guests. Finally, they had a brief internship at JoHo Foundation from April 2011 to June 2011.

Arthur van Galen completed their education at two institutions. From 2003 to 2010, they attended Stanislas, where they obtained their Havo degree in Economie en maatschappij. Following that, from 2009 to 2013, they pursued their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Marketing, Media en Entertainment at De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences.

In addition to their formal education, Arthur van Galen also obtained certifications. In 2017, they completed the online marketing fundamentals course offered by Google. Furthermore, they were recognized as the winner of the Business Game in 2011 during their time at Haagse Hogeschool, although the details of when and by whom this recognition was obtained are unspecified.
