Jan Beekman

Jan Beekman has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Jan started their career at Logifact in 2005 as a Logistics Teamleader, Logistics Consultant, and Project Manager. Jan then worked at ABB as an IS Project Leader, handling the implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems and Warehouse Management Systems in different industries. After that, they joined Mondo Minerals as a Logistics Business Consultant. Jan then moved to SOA People Nederland as a Business/Supply Chain Management/Pre-Sales Consultant. Jan later joined Kverneland Group, where they worked on a project for implementing a uniform SAP system across multiple production locations. In 2019, Jan joined ERIKS, where they worked as an SAP WMS Implementator and Roll Out Specialist. From there, they worked in different positions within various ERIKS branches, focusing on SAP and warehouse optimization implementations. Jan is currently working as a Senior Business Analyst at ERIKS Nederland.

Jan Beekman received their education from multiple institutions. In 1976, they attended MEAO Alkmaar where they studied Bedrijfseconomie (Business Economics) but did not obtain a degree. From 1978 to 1983, Jan attended the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, where they pursued Managementinformatica / Bedrijfsinformatiesystemen (HEAO-BedrijfsInformatica), again without obtaining a degree. In 2020, Jan completed a Prince 2 foundation course offered by Axelos / PeopleCert. However, the field of study for this course was not provided.
