Margarita Mendez

Margarita Mendez serves as a Strategist at Erin Kent Consulting since August 2024, following a distinguished career in education leadership. Previously, Margarita held the position of Lower Elementary School Principal at the American School of Doha from July 2022 to April 2025 and served as Lower Primary Associate Principal at Hong Kong International School from August 2017 to July 2022. Margarita's extensive experience also includes over a decade as an Elementary School Classroom Teacher and Director of the Early Childhood Program at Benjamin Franklin International School in Barcelona. In the earlier stages of the career, Margarita worked as a Project Manager with various consultancy agencies in international cooperation, focusing on education, culture, and local development. Educational qualifications include an MA in Applied Educational Leadership and Management from UCL Institute of Education, University of London, and a Degree in Early Childhood Education from Universitat de Barcelona, alongside a Licenciatura in Political Science and Government from Universidad de Los Andes.
