Dave Hannan has over two decades of work experience in the technology industry. Dave started their career at ANSYS, Inc. as a Support Analyst in 2001 and went on to become a Systems Administrator and later a Senior Systems Administrator. In 2007, they joined Panopto, a start-up company, where they held multiple roles. Dave started as an Application Engineer and played a crucial role in the company's growth and development. Dave then became the Director of Application Engineering, where they focused on customer support operations and programs. In 2014, Dave was promoted to Vice President of Customer Support, where they continued to enhance customer experience and build strong teams. In 2016, they became the Vice President of Customer Success and drove global sales through innovative customer success programs. In their last role at Panopto, they served as the SVP of Customer Success, IT, and Sales Engineering. Dave was a key member of the Executive Team and was responsible for driving process improvement, aligning growth objectives with customer needs, and managing change. In 2022, Dave joined ERIN as the Chief Operating Officer.
Dave Hannan attended Duquesne University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology. Dave also obtained an additional certification, the K1 Advanced Management Program, from K1 Investment Management in October 2021.
