Caleb Chastain

Caleb Chastain has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Director of Virtual Care at Erlanger since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Wellpath, where they held various positions including Telehealth Operations Manager from March 2022 to March 2023, Telemedicine Project Manager from July 2020 to February 2022, and Telemedicine Coordinator from June 2019 to July 2020. Caleb also gained experience as an Intern at White Plume Technologies from September 2018 to May 2019, and as an Administrative Intern at Princeton Baptist Medical Center from January 2019 to April 2019. Additionally, they have held leadership roles in the Healthcare Administration Student Organization, serving as President from March 2018 to February 2019 and as Liaison Officer from April 2017 to April 2018. Caleb's earlier experiences include working as a Facility Operations Supervisor at Life Time Inc. from August 2017 to November 2018, an Intern at Urology Centers of Alabama from May 2018 to August 2018, a Houseman at Fords Colony Country Club from June 2017 to August 2017, and a Sales Associate at Aafes Main Exchange from May 2016 to August 2016. Caleb also worked as a Physical Therapy Aide at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center from September 2014 to June 2015.

Caleb Chastain completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Samford University in 2019. Caleb then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, which they attended from 2020 to 2021. In addition to their degrees, they obtained a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Management and Strategy Institute in 2019 and is currently working towards a TSIM Foundation certification from APMG International, which they are expected to obtain in 2023.
