Natalie McElroy

Natalie McElroy is a Safety Consultant at ERM, where responsibilities include performing hazard assessments in tech R&D labs and industrial facilities and collaborating with lab personnel and the Labs EHS team to improve safety protocols. Previously, as a Senior Associate Consultant, Natalie conducted GEMBA walks for facility hazard assessments, recommended hazard mitigation strategies, and managed hazardous waste programs in coordination with external vendors. Earlier experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of California, Davis, where Natalie designed and executed soil health projects and investigated agricultural effects on nutrient bioavailability. Natalie earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Management with a focus on Natural Resources from the University of California, Davis, after completing high school at California High School.
