Danielle Clopton

Danielle Clopton is a seasoned safety consultant with extensive experience in developing and implementing corporate safety strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Safety Consultant at WEC Energy Group since April 2015, Danielle leads compliance initiatives and collaborates with leadership to foster a strong safety culture. Prior to this role, Danielle worked as a Corporate Safety Consultant, providing results-driven safety and industrial hygiene programs. Danielle’s previous positions include Health & Safety Specialist-Occupational and Environmental, Health, & Safety Coordinator at SEL, where responsibilities included managing EHS systems, hazard control, workers' compensation, and ergonomics programs. Danielle also contributed as an EMT-A and firefighter with Genesee Fire Department and held ownership roles in small businesses, showcasing a diverse skill set. Danielle holds a B.S. in Sociology, Magna Cum Laude, and a degree in Accounting from the University of Idaho.
