Paul Morgan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Learning and Development, currently serving as the Global Head of Learning Services at ERM since October 2022. Paul oversees the Global Learning Services team, including Learning Technology and Platforms, Innovation, and Global Mandatory Training Governance. Additionally, Paul holds advisory roles at Moralbox Training Matrix and Insights Media, and previously contributed as a Non-Executive Board Member at Badminton Scotland. Other notable positions include Director of Learning, Organisational Development & Benefits at ForHousing, and Interim Head of Learning and Development at SIG plc. With over 20 years in the field, Paul has demonstrated expertise in digital transformation and Learning and Development consultancy, enhancing organizational capabilities across various sectors including O2 (Telefónica UK) and Diageo. Paul holds a Diploma in Marketing from the CIM and a high school diploma from Hartselle High School in Alabama.
