Richard Peel, PWS, is a Senior Consultant at ERM: Environmental Resources Management since April 2022, previously serving as a Scientific Manager at Apex Companies, LLC, and as a Senior Wetland Biologist at both WSP USA and Ecology and Environment, Inc. Richard's expertise lies in managing and conserving wetland resources, implementing conservation techniques, and providing project consultation in sensitive areas. With extensive experience as a wetland scientist at Soundview Consultants LLC, Richard performed assessments, delineations, and collaborated with clients to deliver high-quality results. Earlier roles included positions as a Laboratory Specialist and Environmental Chemist in environmental data analysis and laboratory testing. Richard's foundational work includes serving as a Wetland Biologist for the Washington State Department of Transportation, identifying restoration projects and ensuring compliance with community relations. Richard holds a Master of Science in Biology from The George Washington University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Ecology from The Evergreen State College.
