Travis Lay

Travis Lay is a seasoned environmental consultant with a strong background in project management and compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Managing Consultant at ERM since August 2023, Travis previously held the role of Environmental Project Manager at both Black & Veatch and RPS, and gained experience as an Emergency Response Coordinator at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. Highlights of Travis Lay's career include leading a team of marine biologists as a Protected Species Observer at RPS Group, as well as providing educational outreach at the Texas State Aquarium. Travis Lay holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, complemented by studies at Cornell University.
