Suzanne Fountain

Suzanne Fountain is Vice President of Human Resources for SecurAmerica and is responsible for the establishment, oversight and support of SecurAmerica's Human Resources function across the US to include benefit design and administration, talent acquisition, employment practices litigation/compliance and associate labor relations.

Suzanne has more than 20 years of human resources management and leadership experience. Suzanne was formerly with AirServ Corporation, a global aviation services company, where she served as Vice President of Human Resources supporting a multi-million dollar organization with more than 10,000 employees across 15 states and the United Kingdom. Prior to joining AirServ, Suzanne held various Human Resources management positions in the financial, media and telecommunications industries. Suzanne is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through HR Certification Institute and Senior Certified Profession (SCP) through the Society of Human Resources. She also volunteers and is an active member of various societies within the industry.

Suzanne holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Sacred Heart University and a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Counseling, with high honors, from The University of Bridgeport.
