Niv Salti

Niv Salti has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and management. In 2009, they started their career at IAF - Israeli Air Force as a Realtime Software Engineer and later progressed to the role of Realtime Software Engineering Manager. From 2012 to 2014, they held the position of Senior Software Engineering Manager - Application Infrastructures.

In 2016, Niv Salti joined Microsoft as a Software Engineer and eventually became a Senior Software Engineering Manager from 2018 to 2019.

Currently, they are working at Ermetic as a Director of Engineering since August 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Software Engineering Manager from 2020 to 2022 and as a Senior Software Engineer from 2019 to 2020.

Niv Salti earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, graduating between 2006 and 2009.
