Eugenio Jardim

Eugenio Jardim is a seasoned wine professional with extensive experience in various roles within the wine industry. As Co-Founder and Chief Presenter at WifiWinetime since May 2020, Jardim has also served as the US Ambassador for Vini Portugal since January 2015 and as a Brand Ambassador for Ernest Vineyards LLC since October 2013, where expertise in Burgundian varietals and alternative varietals flourishes. Jardim's consultancy work with MyPrivateSomm.com since January 2010 includes participation in prestigious national and international wine events, serving as a wine panelist and judge for notable publications and competitions. Formerly the Director of Wine Studies at the San Francisco Cooking School (2014-2023), Jardim developed wine education curricula, while also contributing as a Partner-Ambassador for Esprit de Champagne from 2014 to 2020. Previous experience includes a significant tenure as Wine Director at Jardiniere and various consulting roles at esteemed locations such as Ritz Carlton Tahoe and UC Berkeley. Jardim holds a degree in Communications from Universidade Federal de Goiás.
