Alejandro Bañares

Alejandro Bañares is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and project management. Currently serving as the Managing Director for Ventos India Pvt Ltd at Ernesto Ventós S.A. since June 2021, Alejandro has also held positions as Sales Manager and Sales Account, managing client relationships across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Previous roles include Project Manager at ECM & Partners, where project coordination and problem-solving were key responsibilities, as well as business development and sales in an internship at Refruiting. Alejandro began a career in the hospitality industry with roles at Five Guys International and Bracafé. Alejandro holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, along with a final Master’s Thesis in Construction Engineering from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy.
