Leonard Matthews

Leonard Matthews is an experienced Production Supervisor with a strong background in manufacturing, specifically in plastic injection molding, tooling, and automation. Currently serving as a Production Supervisor at EG Industries since June 2022, Leonard has held similar roles at Camco Manufacturing, Technimark LLC, CPP Global, EFI, Injectronics, and Matlab, where leadership and management of production processes were key responsibilities. Leonard's career in the industry began in 1987, culminating in extensive expertise over more than three decades. Educationally, Leonard holds a diploma from Eastern Randolph High School, completed in 1983.
