Gina Famiglietti is the current Chief Operating Officer at Erno Laszlo. Gina has over ten years of experience in luxury makeup and haircare operations. Prior to joining Erno Laszlo, Gina served as the Vice President of Operations at Kevyn Aucoin Beauty where they were responsible for the global supply chain of 250+ luxury makeup products. Gina has also served as the Director of Market Strategy & Planning at Procter & Gamble, and as the Vice President of Operations at Alterna Haircare. Gina has a proven track record of driving operational efficiencies and improving service levels at contract manufacturers, third-party warehousing and distribution facilities located in the US, EU and Asia.

Gina Famiglietti has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University and an MBA in Marketing from Hofstra University.
