Ritambara C. is an experienced product manager and co-founder with a strong background in software engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Product Manager/Product Owner at EROAD since May 2022, Ritambara has previously held the position of Product Manager at Xplor, where responsibilities included implementing management approval processes, prioritizing tasks, and fostering Agile practices. As co-founder of Jump Thru Joy Preschool, Ritambara led the development of a student management system that streamlined administrative tasks. Prior experience includes roles at IBM as a Tech Lead and as a Software Engineer at Atos and HSBC. Ritambara holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Computing from Unitec, a Post Graduation Certificate in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, and a Bachelor’s in Information Technology from Bharati Vidyapeeth.
