Aditi Rupesh

Aditi Rupesh has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at Eros International PLC since February 2008. Aditi oversees the entire HR function for the Eros group and its subsidiaries, focusing on leadership hiring and managing end-to-end HR processes. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Human Resources, where Aditi managed pan-India recruitment, payroll, employee counseling, and retention while implementing HR systems and ensuring compliance and performance management. Earlier experiences include positions at Level Up Network India Pvt Ltd. and DG2L Technologies. Aditi holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management from Bhavan's College, completed in 2003.
