Earl Jenkins

Earl Jenkins has a diverse work experience in the information technology field. Earl began their career as a Systems Architect at SAIC, where they designed and developed web-based applications for a healthcare organization. Earl then joined SpecPro Technical Services as a Sr. Software Engineer, where they specialized in IT project management and software development. Earl later worked at SpecPro Technical Services (STS) as an IT/Information Security Specialist, where they managed virtual platforms and provided Information Assurance guidance. After that, they joined Exeter Government Services, LLC as a CHAS Tier 1 & 2 Sustainment Program Manager, overseeing global data warehouse platforms. Most recently, Earl worked at ERP International as a Regional Director of Information Technology, where they managed company portfolios, provided operational support, and developed cyber security solutions for government clients. Earl also served as a CHAS Tier I and II Project Manager at ERP International, supporting a Tri-service community and enhancing disaster recovery and business continuity measures. Earl has demonstrated expertise in technical leadership, project management, and information security.

Earl Jenkins completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from DeVry University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Information Systems Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, graduating in 2009. In addition to their academic qualifications, Earl obtained the certification of Security+ CE from CompTIA in March 2015.
