Jayakumar Gopalan

Jayakumar Gopalan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jayakumar is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at NOBL Q (previously ERP Logic) since August 2023. Prior to this role, they co-founded Fyniti in October 2019 and S&L Capital Markets in September 2019, where they held executive positions.

Jayakumar also worked as the VP of Technology at Netomi (formerly msg.ai) from July 2015 to October 2019. Before that, they served as the Principal Technology Architect / Vice President at BNY Mellon from April 2012 to June 2015 and as the Vice President - Prime Brokerage Technology at Citi from June 2010 to February 2012.

Jayakumar'searlier experience includes positions as a Sr. Consultant / Lead Developer at Lehman Brothers / Barclays Wealth from July 2008 to June 2010, at Merrill Lynch from November 2006 to July 2008, at UBS from September 2005 to November 2006, and at JPMorgan Chase from September 2004 to September 2005.

At JPMorgan Chase, Jayakumar led a three-person team involved in designing and implementing a migration application from Lotus platform after a merger. Jayakumar also contributed to the success of application migration by suggesting and enforcing best practices, performance tuning, enhancing authentication and authorization, and improving database operations.

Jayakumar Gopalan earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Government College of Technology - Coimbatore, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Additionally, they obtained certifications in financial services, including the Series 24, Series 7, and Series 63, in the year 2020.
