Sheila Ault

Sheila Ault, MBA, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced professional in the field of human resources. Sheila currently serves as the Director Human Resources at ERPA, where Sheila upholds values of Empathy, Responsibility, Passion, and Agility. Prior to this role, Sheila held HR managerial positions at The Buckeye Ranch and Telhio Credit Union, where Sheila also served as an executive leader and Controller. Sheila holds an MBA from the University of Dayton and a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Wright State University.
