Roman Startsev

Roman Startsev has a comprehensive work history in the field of technology and project management.

Roman is currently serving as the Electronic Data Interchange Project Manager at ERPLY Retail Platform. Prior to this, in 2016, they founded and became the CEO of Docura OÜ.

From 2015 to 2016, Startsev was the Co Founder and Technical Director at Эдисофт ООО.

Between 2014 and 2015, they worked as the Executive Director at Edisoft Estonia OÜ, and from 2004 to 2013, they held the position of Technical Director at the same company.

Earlier in their career, they worked as the EDI Project Manager at Rimi Baltic from 2005 to 2009, and prior to that, as a Software Developer at AS Smarten Logistics from 2003 to 2005.

Roman Startsev began their education at 64 Linnamäe Litseum in 1989, where they studied Applied Economics until 1996. Roman then attended the University of Tartu from 1996 to 2000, earning a Bachelor's degree in Economics. In 2000, they briefly studied at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business/Managerial Economics. Finally, from 2001 to 2004, Roman attended TalTech - Tallinn University of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Software Development.
