Julia Gray

Julia Gray, PE, serves as the Regional Manager for Hawaii and the Pacific at Engineering/Remediation Resources Group, Inc. since June 2020, while also holding the title of Project Manager. As the Owner and Principal Engineer of To the Field, LLC since May 2012, Julia manages technical consulting services for a diverse client base. Previous experience includes roles as Project Manager for the Grants and Loans Unit-Water Quality at CDPHE, Environmental Engineer V at Tetra Tech, Inc., and Quality Control Manager at Wolf Creek Federal Services, Inc. Julia has extensive project management and technical expertise in environmental engineering, sustainability, and infrastructure projects, supported by an educational background including a Master’s in Sustainability from Harvard Extension School and a Bachelor’s in Environmental Engineering from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology.
