Megan Cook

Megan Cook is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and fraud management. Currently serving as a Fraud Technician and previously as an Underwriting Assistant at ERS since June 2018, Megan has developed expertise in fraud detection and insurance processes. Prior experience includes working as a Faults Agent at Virgin Media from November 2016 to June 2018 and as a Customer Service Advisor at Halfords from November 2014 to November 2016. Megan's educational background includes multiple A Levels in Photography, English Language, and Welsh Baccalaureate, obtained at Grŵp Colegau NPTC Group of Colleges from 2012 to 2014.
