Vladimir Serdar

Vladimir Serdar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data governance and business intelligence, currently serving as the Head of Data Governance (BIC) Unit at Erste Banka Srbija since February 2008. In this role, Vladimir leads a team focused on enhancing data quality and governance across the organization, successfully establishing the Data Governance Network to streamline business data models. Previously, Vladimir held positions including Head of Controlling Informational Systems Unit and BI Production Expert, where responsibilities encompassed managing BI production, implementing reporting models, and ensuring data accuracy. Earlier career experiences include roles at Banca Intesa Beograd and Panonska Bank, contributing to retail collection reporting and payment card operations, respectively. Vladimir holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a specialization in Business Information Systems from Ekonomski fakultet u Subotici.
