Alexandra Eichberger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Erste Digital, Alexandra previously held the position of SVP and Cluster Lead Employer of Choice at Deutsche Telekom. Prior to that, Alexandra was the Vice President of Change & HR Excellence at Magenta Telekom and has held leadership roles at A1 Telekom Austria AG, including Head of Change Implementation and HR Business Partner. In addition, Alexandra has experience as a Talent Acquisition Expert at Telekom Austria Group.
