Andreea Giovanna Stanciu

Andreea Giovanna Stanciu has over 28 years of extensive experience in the banking and finance sector. Currently serving as the Group HR - Head of Change Management at Erste Group Bank AG since December 2006, Andreea has held various significant roles including Head of Group Remuneration, HR Controlling, and Group Operations Retail and Corporate. Prior to this, Andreea worked at ING from September 1995 to September 2006, where positions included Chief Operating Officer and Director of Internal Audit. Andreea's career began at Bancorex and the National Agency of Privatization, with a strong foundation in accounting. Andreea holds an MBA in Financial Management from City University and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, and Accounting from the Academy of Ecomonics Studies.
