Irina Romanenko

Irina Romanenko is an accomplished Senior Business Analyst and Data Modeler at Erste Group since April 2017, specializing in business analysis, data modeling, and the validation of data delivery interfaces across various regions. With a solid background in data governance and project management, Irina has led significant initiatives, including a bank-wide Data Warehouse project at Erste Group. Prior to this role, Irina served as the Director of the Management Information Systems Department at the State Savings Bank of Ukraine and as the Deputy Director of the Finance & Economic Department, managing multiple development teams. Irina's career began at Extra Consulting Ltd, where significant contributions were made to banking consulting projects.
