Dejana Dojcinovic

Dejana Dojcinovic has a diverse range of work experience. Dejana began their career as an Assistant at the European Parliament in 2003. Dejana then transitioned to the role of Marketing Manager at Emona obala (Marrai) before joining Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in 2006 as a Project Manager. In 2013, they joined Erste&Steiermärkische Bank d.d. (Erste Bank Croatia) as Deputy Director of Sales Support, Corporate, and later became the Deputy Head of Corporate & Markets Business Development and Support Division. Currently, they serve as the Head of Corporate & Markets Business Development and Support Division at the same company.

Dejana Dojcinovic completed their education at various institutions. In 1997, they briefly studied at the University of Cambridge without obtaining a degree. Later, they enrolled at the University of Rijeka in Croatia and graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management in 2003. In 2005, they pursued an MBA at the University of Zagreb, which they completed in 2008 with a focus on Management. From 2013 to 2018, Dojcinovic pursued their academic career at the University of Rijeka, earning a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Business Statistics. In 2019, they attended the IESE Business School and completed the Erste Group Leadership Development Programme.
