Paolo Loanzon

Paolo Loanzon has a diverse range of work experience. Paolo started their career in 2012 as a Technical Assistant to the Communications Director at the Department of Education - Philippines. From 2014 to 2019, Paolo worked at UnionBank of the Philippines, where they held roles such as Business Process Applications Engineer, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Engineer, and Associate Credit Risk Officer. In these positions, they conceptualized and executed automation applications, developed and deployed RPA solutions, and conducted risk evaluations for loan applications. In 2019, Paolo joined ErudiFi as an Operations team member. Here, they gained experience in operations management. Currently, they are working at Bukas, where they have held various roles since 2019. These roles include Operations Associate, Operations MIS Analyst (where they built data automation solutions and collaborated with tech and product teams), Loans and Underwriting Associate, Operations Lead, and currently, as an Operations Manager. Paolo has played a key role in improving operations, building up people, processes, and data with empathy and technology.

Paolo Loanzon holds a Master's degree in Innovation and Business, which was obtained from the Asian Institute of Management during the period from 2023 to 2024. Prior to that, they graduated from Ateneo de Manila University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Development Studies. Paolo has also acquired additional certifications in the fields of Statistics for Business Analytics and Data Science from Udemy in October 2020, and in Micro Finance Models, also from Udemy, in February 2020.
