Andrea Calderón

Faculty Support - Project Management at LinguaMeeting

Andrea Calderón has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Andrea started their career in 2002 as a Research Assistant at Universidad de Costa Rica, where they conducted data analysis on national surveys and assisted in research report development. In 2008, they joined Banco HSBC as a Process Analyst, focusing on project management, process improvement, and participation in transformation programs. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Statistician at Hospital Clinica Biblica, where they handled quality and international accreditation indicators, project management, and data analysis. In 2013, they joined Speaking School as the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the recruitment process, service policy development, business plan, and sales strategy. More recently, in 2020, they worked at LinguaMeeting as Faculty Support, focusing on project management, and later joined Mirror Mirror as an Operations Manager.

Andrea Calderón completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR in the years 2002 to 2007. Andrea then pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from ENAE Business School from 2012 to 2013.
