Pablo Gil Torres

Pablo Gil Torres has over 9 years of work experience in the field of product management and design. In 2011, they began their career as a UX Analyst and Web Developer at PTG Global. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a User Experience Designer at Boomworks, where they led a service design project from blue sky product concept to functional prototyping for 7 digital channels across mobile apps and web environments. In 2014, they co-founded Tern Studies, where they served as Head of Design and developed the business model and analysis of the problem/solution space. From 2016 to 2018, they held the position of Lead UX Designer at BBVA, Head of Product and Design at 4AM, and Head of Product and Venture Builder Manager at EY. In 2018, they co-founded Product Madrid. In 2019, they became the Product Tank Madrid Organiser at Mind the Product, and in 2020 they were appointed Chief Product Officer at Erudit AI.

Pablo Gil Torres completed a Master in Computer Engineering from Universidad de Zaragoza in 2007, a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Universidad de Murcia in 2007, and a Master in Computer Engineering from Luleå University of Technology in 2006.
