Ravi Kapur

Ravi Kapur has extensive experience in the field of Learning and Development. Ravi is currently working as the Regional Director - Learning & Development and Transformational Projects at Eruditus Executive Education, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, Ravi worked as an Associate Director - L&D at the same company from January 2022 to June 2023.

Before joining Eruditus, Ravi served as the Associate Director (Head) - Learning and Development at Unacademy from January 2021 to January 2022. Ravi also held the role of General Manager - Learning and Development, and Transformational Projects at Aakash Educational Services Limited from March 2019 to December 2020.

Ravi's previous experience includes roles such as Senior Program Manager - Onboarding & Channel Partner Training at IndiaMART InterMESH Limited from 2018 to 2019, and Senior Program Manager at CarDekho from February 2016 to 2018. Ravi also worked at Info Edge India Ltd from 2014 to 2016, where they held positions such as Sr. Group Manager - L&D and Quality, and Group Manager.

Prior to that, Ravi worked as an HR Manager (Talent Development) at e4e from 2012 to 2014. Ravi began their career as a Junior researcher at CFSL, Kolkata in 2005.

Ravi Kapur holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. Ravi also has a Post Graduation degree in Forensic Medicine & Forensic Anthropology from the University of Lucknow, along with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree from the same university. Additionally, Ravi has obtained various certifications in fields such as AI & Law, Leadership, Sales, Soft Skills, and more from institutions like Lund University, Harvard University, Harvard Business School Online, LinkedIn, and others.
