Michael Polley

Michael Polley has a diverse work experience in the renewable energy industry. Starting in 2005, they held various positions in different companies before specializing in renewable energy development. In 2013, they became a Regional Sales Manager at Clear Blue Energy Savings Company, where they oversaw procurement, scheduling, and promotion of products and services. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Renewable Energy Developer at Distributed Energy Partners, leading the sales team and managing installations. In 2019, they became an Assistant District Manager at Vision Solar LLC, overseeing team management and setting monthly goals. In 2020, they joined SunUp America as an Operations Manager, responsible for sales plans, utility company collaboration, and product redesign. Currently, they serve as the Inside Sales Manager at Erus Energy.

Michael Polley attended Hawaii Pacific University from 2005 to 2006, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Small Business Management. Additionally, they received certifications in Dale Carnegie Sales Advantage and Dale Carnegie Personal Development from Dale Carnegie Training. Michael Polley obtained the Dale Carnegie Personal Development certification in June 2007 and the Dale Carnegie Sales Advantage certification in January 2008.
