Niel Pama

Niel Pama is an experienced leader in the education sector, currently serving as the Director at ES English since April 2022, focusing on developing and expanding operations in the UK and internationally. Concurrently, Niel has been the Director of York Street Education since 2016, providing consulting services to schools and colleges. Previous roles include Vice Chair of the Board of Governors at Hampden Gurney CofE School, Business Development Director for The PIE Plus, and Business Development Director at David Game College, where Niel successfully developed new revenue streams. Niel also held positions as a Business Development Consultant for RAY Education, School Principal at Stay Campus London, and Recruitment and Marketing Director at Blake Hall College Ltd.
