Alexandra Infante Perales is a social entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in developing impactful social programs and volunteering initiatives in Peru. As Co-Founder and CEO of IKIGAI Laboratorio Social since January 2018, Alexandra has focused on designing high-impact social programs. Alexandra also co-founded and serves as President of Perú Voluntario, the nation's first formal national volunteering network, aimed at promoting and integrating volunteer efforts across existing platforms. Additionally, Alexandra is the Co-Founder and Director of Educa.Impacta.Crece, an NGO dedicated to fostering socioemotional skills in vulnerable communities. With a solid background in corporate social responsibility from Banco de Crédito BCP and corporate finance from Credicorp Capital, Alexandra has also made contributions as a consultant for the Bicentennial Volunteers program and is involved with various organizations promoting sustainable development and conscious business practices. Alexandra holds a Master's degree in Governance of Organizations and multiple certifications in coaching and meditation.
