Cristina Elias

Cristina Elias is an accomplished CEO of Colectivo23, an Edtech company focused on active learning and community engagement, which has enrolled over 6,000 students in less than two years. Currently serving as Head of Product and Operations at Universidad de Ingeniería & Tecnología (UTEC), Cristina also holds a position as a member of the advisory council for the academic department of sciences at Es Hoy. Cristina's prior experience includes co-founding and serving as COO for Folk, managing growth and operations at Green Design Link SAC, and consulting at APOYO Consultoría. Cristina holds a Master's of Arts in Management from the University of St Andrews and has completed advanced studies in project management and service design at UTEC.
