Mariana Rodriguez Risco

Mariana Rodriguez Risco is a prominent leader in gender equity and sustainable development, currently serving as LXE: Lider por la Equidad at LxE: Líderes por la Equidad de Género since March 2024. Mariana holds various board positions, including roles at MAPFRE and Es Hoy, and has been involved with multiple organizations dedicated to social entrepreneurship, women's leadership, and integrity in business. Notably, Mariana is a co-founder and board member of Capitalismo Consciente Perú and has been a board member at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas since its inception.
