Tim Kopaniasz

Tim Kopaniasz has extensive work experience in operations and logistics management. Tim worked as the Director of Operations at ES3 from 2015 onwards, where they were responsible for managing a distribution center attached to a manufacturing facility. Prior to this, they held the position of General Manager at GENCO from 2014 to 2015, where they managed a distribution center with a team of 70 members. Tim also worked as the Fulfillment Center Manager at Mom's Meals NourishCare in 2014, where they oversaw a three-shift fulfillment operation.
