Carlos Bersoza

Carlos Bersoza has worked in various human resources roles throughout their career. Carlos started as an HR Coordinator at Johnson Controls in 2005 before moving to Vesuvius, where they held roles such as Human Resources Coordinator, HR Project Coordinator, and Operations HR Business Partner. In 2015, they became the Human Resources Director at Vesuvius USA, overseeing Advanced Refractories NAFTA/Digital Services. In 2018, they transitioned to Vesuvius as the Human Resources Director for Flow Control EMEA. In 2020, Carlos joined ESAB as the Human Resources Director for Europe. Carlos later served as the Vice President of Human Resources EMEAR and is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at ESAB.

Carlos Bersoza earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2004. Carlos also obtained a Human Resources Diploma from the same institution in 2004. In 2008, Carlos completed a Master's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Tecmilenio. Carlos further enhanced their management skills by attending the Vesuvius Wings - Middle Management Programme at Vlerick Business School in 2016, and the Vesuvius ASCENT Programme at INSEAD from 2017 to 2018. In December 2017, they received a certification in "Driving Value Through Business Acumen" from INSEAD.
